TPM(5) Final meeting

The final project meeting of All on Board took place in Bucharest in period between 24-25 May 2025, marking the conclusion of an ambitious journey to support inclusive youth work through innovative tools and methodologies. The partners gathered to finalize documentation, evaluate outcomes, and ensure that all deliverables were ready for submission and long-term use.

During the meeting, the consortium reviewed and completed the following project elements:
– Infopacks and schedules for all implemented activities
– Photo and video documentation
– Signature sheets and Youthpass examples
– Results of all work packages
– Evaluation questionnaires and feedback forms
– Social media dissemination (including screenshots)
– Employment contracts per partner and partnership agreements
– Detailed Excel sheets outlining the actual project expenses

A key part of the discussion focused on closing responsibilities, assigned as follows:

Dissemination Report and Updates – Led by the Italian partner, all partners committed to publishing updated content on the project website and their own channels to reflect recent activities and outcomes.
Website Completion – The Bulgarian partner oversaw the integration of all project activities, results, and resources into the official website, ensuring it was completed before the project’s conclusion.
Final Methodology Updates – Based on the last pilot test, the Greek and Romanian partners collaborated to integrate the final improvements into the methodology guideline.
Multiplier Events Report – The Spanish partner prepared a comprehensive report and collected supporting documentation from the multiplier events held across partner countries.
Final Documentation & Closure – Also coordinated by the Spanish partner, this included compiling final reports, evaluation results, budget overviews, and all required closure documents.

The final phase ensured that All on Board left behind a well-documented, accessible, and impactful set of tools, designed to continue supporting youth workers and educators across Europe well beyond the project’s lifetime.
