SPAIN

As part of the final phase of All on Board, Asociación Creant Europa held three multiplier events to share the project’s main outcomes and engage with youth workers and educators – two in person and one online. Each event provided space to reflect on the developed methods and explore how they can strengthen a sense of belonging in youth work.

On 30 May 2025, Creant Europa hosted a multiplier event for 18 active youth workers. The session brought together professionals interested in inclusive practices and non-formal education, offering an opportunity to explore the project’s results and practical applications.

The aim of the event was to present the outcomes of All on Board, a project that explored how diverse methods can promote and sustain engagement among young people. Throughout the session, participants were introduced to the tools, methods, and learnings developed over the course of the more than two-year collaboration.

At the heart of the event was the presentation of the project’s main outcome: “Do’s and Don’ts: Current Challenges and Strategies for Youth Engagement”. This guide, developed collaboratively with partners, distills key insights into a clear, user-friendly resource for youth workers and educators. During the event, the Creant Europa team walked attendees through the thinking behind the publication and shared insights into its development process. An open discussion followed, where participants reflected on how the guide’s messages connect with their own realities and how the resource might support their ongoing work. In line with the project’s commitment to sustainability, no printed materials were distributed – all resources were made available digitally.

This event was supplemented by two additional events: a physical presentation held in Valencia on May 21st, 2025, and an online dissemination event held on May 30th. Both followed the same structure, presenting in depth the project, and the results of the research and of the methodology development, and catered to local youth workers

ITALY

As part of the Nuove Esplosioni – Nuove Generazioni 2025 Festival, promoted by Sciara Progetti, the Gita Futura event took place on May 7 and 8, offering an immersive experience for approximately 700 students from various schools in the area, accompanied by their teachers.

Throughout both days, students were divided into groups of around 40 participants each and guided by their designated youth workers.
The program included:
● Welcome session in Fiorenzuola d’Arda

● Attendance of the theatrical performance “Il 20 novembre” by Teatro Libero di Palermo at Teatro Verdi
● Post-show discussion with the actor

● Shared lunch

● Thematic group workshops
● Transfer to Castell’Arquato for the end-of-day activities

In parallel with the student workshops held during the Gita Futura event as part of the Nuove Esplosioni – Nuove Generazioni 2025 Festival, a Multiplier Event was organized specifically for the teachers accompanying the participating students.

This session provided a dedicated space for teachers to discover the ALL ON BOARD project, its objectives, methodology, and key outcomes. The presentation emphasized the importance of strengthening youth engagement, encouraging young people to actively participate in decision-making processes, civic initiatives, and the democratic life of their communities.
During the session:
● The ALL ON BOARD project was introduced, with a focus on strategies and practices that promote youth participation at local, national, and European levels.
● Key results and outcomes from the project were presented, including tools co-created with young people to support engagement in civic and social contexts.
● Discussions also addressed the role of educators and schools in fostering active citizenship and creating environments where youth voices are heard and valued.

At the end of the session, all teachers received a USB flash drive containing:
● A complete digital kit of the project materials (in Italian and English)
● Practical tools, methodologies, and facilitation guides for supporting youth engagement

The Multiplier Event provided a significant opportunity for sharing experiences and strengthening the connection between formal education and non-formal youth participation, underlining the need to place young people “on board” as key actors in shaping inclusive and democratic societies.

BULGARIA

As part of the final phase of All on board: youth engagement strategies in youth work, Alternativi International organized a multiplier event on 12 May 2025 in Bansko, Bulgaria. The event gathered nearly 35 youth workers, educators, and community leaders from the region to explore how the project’s outcomes can be applied to strengthen belonging and engagement in youth work across local contexts.

The gathering created a dynamic space for exchange and reflection on the diverse methods developed throughout the two-year project. Participants had the opportunity to connect with the project’s central ideas, tools, and educational materials, particularly those aimed at fostering inclusive practices in non-formal education.

A focal point of the event was the presentation of the practical guide “Do’s and Don’ts: Current Challenges and Strategies for Youth Engagement”.
