The All on Board project officially launched with a two-day kick-off meeting held in Italy on January 26–27, 2023. This first transnational gathering brought together all partner organizations to align on responsibilities, timelines, and the overall direction of the project.
During the meeting, key decisions were made across several core work packages. In the area of project management (WP1), it was agreed that all partners would update their contact information in a shared document, clearly indicating individual responsibilities such as dissemination or research coordination. Creant Europa committed to consulting the National Agency to clarify what financial documentation will be required for future reporting.
Regarding the research phase (WP2), partners agreed to complete several initial steps by February 28th. These include selecting the staff who will lead the research efforts, identifying the organizations to be studied, defining the specific topics of focus, and developing a shared framework and tools for data collection.
The development of the project website (WP5) was assigned to Alternativi International, who will gather and present design ideas by February 14th. Meanwhile, Sciara Progetti, as lead for dissemination activities (WP6), will prepare a detailed dissemination plan by February 28th, ensuring it aligns with the project application and can be implemented immediately.
The meeting marked a strong and productive start to the project, with all partners demonstrating commitment to collaboration and a shared vision for impactful results.
