The Greek team sought a creative and impactful way to share their experiences and disseminate the outcomes of the “All on Board” Erasmus+ project. Instead of opting for a traditional presentation or written report, they chose a more dynamic and interactive approach: organizing a live radio broadcast to reflect on their journey and connect with a wider audience.

With the generous support of RODON FM, a well-known local radio station, the team went live for a full one-hour broadcast. This special segment offered listeners a behind-the-scenes look into the training experience in Italy. The broadcast served as an open dialogue, where the participants shared their reflections, discussed what they learned, highlighted the challenges they faced, and spoke about how the project had personally and professionally benefited them.
