As part of the dissmination strategy, Alternativi team has conducred a dissemination event to share insights of project “All on Board: Youth Engagement Strategies in Youth Work.” This was organized on 25 of October 2023 and marked a significant milestone in our journey to understand and improve youth engagement in our activities and programs.
During this engaging session, we presented our comprehensive research document, aimed at shedding light on the multifaceted challenges and strategies in youth engagement. The document is a culmination of extensive studies and analysis in the field of youth work, with a focus on three pivotal areas:
- Approaches to Youth Involvement
- Challenges in Sustaining Participation
- Innovative Strategies for Engagement
The event in Bansko brought together a vibrant group of young people and stakeholders in youth work. It was an interactive session where attendees could discuss the findings, share their experiences, and provide feedback on the research document. The enthusiasm and insights from the young participants were particularly invaluable, offering a firsthand perspective on the effectiveness of various engagement strategies.
This dissemination activity is just one step in our ongoing commitment to enhancing youth involvement in all aspects of our work. We believe that by understanding and addressing the challenges in youth engagement, we can create more inclusive, appealing, and impactful programs for the younger generation.
